Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely! We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in all our photos. What you see is what you’ll get. However, please keep in mind that slight variations in color may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions. We do our best to photograph items in natural light to give you the truest representation possible. If you ever receive a product that doesn’t match its description or photo, please contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to make things right.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is automatically sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!) for an email from Connection Boutik with your order confirmation and receipt.

You can also view and download your receipt by logging into your account on our website and navigating to “Order History.” There you’ll find all your past orders and their corresponding receipts.

If you can’t locate your receipt or need another copy, don’t hesitate to contact us and we’ll be happy to resend it.

How can I return an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To start a return:

  1. Contact us through our contact form with your order number
  2. Let us know which item(s) you’d like to return and the reason (this helps us improve!)
  3. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if needed

Please note:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

It depends on the item! We restock popular products when available, but some items may be limited edition or seasonal.

The best way to stay updated is to click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page, and we’ll email you if it comes back in stock.
